Vibro Fluidizer dryer:

DOE vibrating fluid bed dryers are designed to dry and/or cool a variety of products at a wide range of feed rates.

Like conventional fluid bed dryers, vibrating fluid bed dryers function by passing a process gas directly through a bed of solids via a perforated plate or another type of fluidizing media. Vibration is added to aid in fluidization of more difficult materials.

Vibrating fluid bed dryers are well suited for:

Temperature sensitive materials — a sub-fluidized condition can be created to produce plug flow and eliminate burning or discoloration of individual particles.

Sluggish or sticky materials.

Air Dryer :

When atmospheric air goes through a compressor, the air volume is reduced but the air still contains the same amount of impurities and water as the original air volume.

DOE offer complete compressed air systems including dryers and filters to achieve the higher air quality.

The Importance of dry and Clean Air

Impurities and water in compressed air systems can damage equipment and cause enormous costs. This can be avoided with proper air drying and filtration.

Flash Dryer :

DOE Flash drying is an inexpensive solution to drying powders and granular materials, and is designed for high moisture materials with a constant-rate drying zone.

DOE Flash dryers offer an effective method of removing surface or unbound moisture from a feed product. The technology behind flash drying employs a low residence time within the actual dryer; thus, the unbound moisture is "flashed" off the feed.

Spray Drying plant :

Pneumatic Conveying Systems :

The pneumatic conveyor systems uses differential air pressure to efficiently move materials from one point to the other. Since air flows from high to low pressure, its application at one end of the pipe will move bulk materials to the other end.

Pneumatic systems are classified as negative pressure system which uses a vacuum to pull materials or positive pressure devices that use compressors to push bulk materials. On application of pressure or vacuum, the solid particles become airborne and are thus transported.

Rotary Valve

Rotary valve are used as an airlock feeder valve at the bottom of pressurized vessels (both negative & positive) such as dust collectors, cyclones & hoppers. Rotary valves are used for wood dust & shavings, paper, animal feed and cereals, plastics and many other free following products.

They are fabricated in 3mm black plate and painted and have a rotational speed of 20 rpm. Rotary valves have 6 blades with rubber tips and have a bearing at one end and a gear box & motor mounted directly on the other end.

The approximate capacity of a rotary valve is calculated at 50% full when used under dust collectors, cyclones etc. When used as a rotary feeder under hoppers, the rate can be increased to 80-90% of total capacity.
